To start with, we’re a hands-on studio of designers and developers, and therefore if you can dream it and it can be designed and built in code, then we’re the team you need. As you many have seen across our website, we do have a few specialist areas we’re well-known for, such as building performant content websites often utilising headless CMS, cross-platform web and native apps, rapid prototyping for early stage ideas, and supporting IRL digital experiences across the world. As well as our specialisms, we love working on new and varied projects too, and pride ourselves on being versatile.

If you’ve read other parts of our site, you’ll know we pride ourselves on versatility, and therefore we’re hyper-experienced working with a variety of businesses, from solo-founders realising their dream, to small startup teams, scale-ups and multinational corporations and well-known brands taking on the world. We’re agile, responsive, and malleable to your business needs, and we’re just at home working alongside you, your team, marketing department, or agencies. If you need action, we’re ready.

Our process can vary depending on requirements and deadlines, however generally, if it’s an idea from concept to launch and beyond, then this is our usual process:

1) Kick-off: we’re close collaborators, so we start by getting to know you and your team, and what your goals are for your project.

2) Scoping & Planning: bring us your scope or we can work with you to define the statement of work. We like to carry out a discovery phase on any new project, which is a deeper dive into the technical requirements and considerations for a project.

3) Design: whether in-house here, with a design partner, or with your own design team we’ll work with you to create designs with impact, whilst implementing best design practices. We utilise collaborative tools to communicate to achieve the best results.

4) Development: we project manage, develop, test and share previews throughout the build process. We use an agile development methodology with a twist that makes our development process super fast whilst keeping key stakeholders in the loop. Expect fast iteration and communication throughout.

5) Testing, Training & Launching: we carry out QA testing in-house with every project we deliver. We also offer training for your team, so transitioning from development to going live and beyond is as smooth as possible. We also offer content migration and post-launch support through retainers and SLA agreements. Launching is just the beginning of our partnership.

Absolutely! We love to meet our clients in person, at our offices or across London to suit. Just drop us a message in advance to ensure we have the coffee ready for our first meet.

It turns out one (debatably two) of our team members used to be baristas in a previous life and so coffee experimentation is abundant. The desire to pour the perfect cup has lead to spreadsheet levels of preparation to ensure we’re serving our clients the best cup of coffee a digital product studio can provide.

Not yet, but maybe someday. We prefer to keep our coffee in-house like the rest of our services.
