Fairgame’s experience is live — so the digital layer has to enhance the fun without ever getting in the way. Over the past 2+ years, we’ve worked closely with the team to keep gameplay seamless, fast, and reliable as groups compete in real time.

Testing the full end-to-end experience meant the experience held up — even under peak-time conditions. Beyond launch, we’ve focused on operational resilience: designing the system to handle peak traffic, monitoring performance in-venue, and reducing the chances of anything breaking mid-play whilst implementing new features.

Starting out as a single venue, Fairgame has grown in foot-fall and gaming experience complexity, whilst also expanding to a second venue at St. Paul's, London. This means a new set of challenges whilst delivering and maintaining a live venue experience, where downtime is not an option.

As Fairgame's embedded tech partner, we work closely with their team to ensure operational resilience and support, whilst timing deployment of new features to enhance the experience, for customers and staff. We work with Fairgame to manage this rollout, so when a new feature goes live or a completely new venue is launched, the experience is seamless for all. Building in resilience and supporting during operational hours is a prerequisite and part of the service we offer to live digital venue experiences.

Aside from the core venue and gaming experience, we build and advise on in-venue staff support software to manage bookings, capacity, offers, and post-venue marketing. All this, on top of delivering and maintaining the primary marketing website.
