That Convert
We build Shopify storefronts that are quick, distinctive, and predictable in all the places that matter.
Whether that's a migration off a platform you've outgrown, a build from scratch, or wiring Shopify into the systems that actually run your business — ERP, PIM, subscriptions, custom apps.

Building & supporting a Shopify platform
Building a site from scratch, migrating your existing site or want to keep improving your existing one? We got you covered.
On Magento, WooCommerce, or a Shopify build you've outgrown? We move you across without losing catalogue, customers, order history or search rankings, planned in phases, with rollback ready and nothing switched on until you've signed it off.
Outgrown your theme, or starting from scratch? We design and build storefronts that are brand-led, quick, and systemised.
Not sure where to start? We'll help you make the calls that are easy to forget & painful to undo later (apps, shipping, markets,..).
Need some more bespoke features or integrations? As a Shopify partner for 7+ years we have a deep understanding of the Shopify app marketplace, it's limitations and how to get around it.
Looking for a bespoke, flexible site with limitless content possibilities? Then Headless might be for you? We have experience building on multiple Headless platforms and can help guide you if it's the right choice.
Already set up, but want a team who can advise, build, and be ready for the next big launch? We believe in building long term partnerships and love growing alongside you.
They were very responsive, friendly, and committed to getting our site live and on budget.

Subscriptions, bundles, loyalty, search, reviews, personalisation... Whatever you're trying to add, we've likely built it before.
We'll help you pick the right tool for your setup and wire it in properly, rather than bolting on another app and hoping.

Here are some common questions we hear about shopify development.
If you want to dive deeper or have a specific question, just reach out — we’re happy to chat!
It depends on your catalogue, your branding, and what needs to connect to what. As a rough guide: six to eight weeks for a focused build, two to three months for something more custom, and three to five months for a full replatform with integrations.
The variable is rarely development. It's usually content, product data, and how quickly decisions get signed off, so we plan around that from the kick-off week rather than discovering it halfway through.
We'll set clear timelines with your team and keep you in the loop throughout. No surprises, just steady progress.
We keep things simple and collaborative. Here’s how it usually goes:
If you already have a brand system or an existing design team, no worries — we’re happy to slot in and work alongside them, making sure the final site fits perfectly with your brand and processes.
Throughout the process, communication is key—we fit into your team’s workflow and keep you in the loop so you always know what’s happening.
They're different questions, and for most brands the answer to both is no.
Standard Shopify handles more than people expect, it's usually the volume of orders, checkout customisation, or B2B needs that push you to Plus, not ambition.
Headless is worth it when you're running heavy editorial alongside your catalogue, selling across multiple regions, or chasing performance a theme genuinely can't reach.
If neither applies, you're better off spending that budget on the store itself. We'll tell you which camp you're in before you commit to anything.
That's the point. Once the theme / store has been setup, your team can manage the store all the way from making content changes to uploading new products & all the features Shopify has to offer. We're happy to do some sessions to take your team through Shopify.
We don’t offer full branding services — our full focus (and passion) is in designing and building digital experiences.
That said, if you already have brand guidelines or a visual identity in place, we absolutely work with those to design a full website that feels cohesive and on-brand. We're used to collaborating with in-house teams or brand partners to bring everything to life online.
We highly value collaboration and strive to establish long-term partnerships with our clients. Launching your site is just the beginning of the journey.
If you need new features, tweaks, or updates later on, we’re here to help. Whether it’s adding fresh content sections, improving performance, or adapting to new business goals, we’ll work closely with you to prioritize and plan the next steps.
We offer flexible support options — from ongoing maintenance packages to on-demand help — so you can count on us whenever you need.
Basically, we're here for the long run.
Amazing! Need new sections, pages, or features? No problem—we can jump right in and start adding those for you.
If you want, we can also review your current setup—from a technical, UX/UI design, or editorial perspective, o spot where things could be improved.
Whether it’s cleaning up your theme code, fixing issues, or making updates easier for your team, we’ll work alongside your existing system and team to keep things running smoothly and growing with your needs.
Yes, we can! If you're moving from an existing site — whether it's Woocommerce, a legacy CMS, or something custom — we can handle the migration as part of the project.
We’ll work with you to decide what data to bring over, what can be improved or restructured, and how it should be organised in the new system. This might include things like cleaning up outdated pages, mapping old URLs to new ones, and making sure everything fits seamlessly into the new content model.
Where possible, we automate the migration to save time and reduce errors — but we're also happy to get hands-on when needed, especially with more complex or editorially sensitive content.
Basically, we’ll make sure the transition is smooth, so your team can hit the ground running in your new store.
You’ll be working directly with the people doing the work — no middle layers, no rotating project managers.
We’re a (London based) focused team, so you’ll have consistent contact throughout the project. That means quicker decisions, clearer communication, and a more collaborative process from start to finish.
