Working side-by-side with the solo founder to turn an ambitious concept into a focused, testable MVP. Through workshops and quick decision cycles, we defined what really mattered for version one — prioritising the core flows, tightening the scope, and making smart trade-offs to get something real into users’ hands fast. A key part of that was validating Topia’s financial models against real fintech data, ensuring the calculations held up in the real world from day one.

Post-investment, we stayed on as Topia’s tech team, moving fast in short cycles to refine the product through user feedback and steer toward product–market fit. In parallel, we hardened the foundations — improving architecture and delivery — and helped onboard a new CTO to ensure a smooth handover and long-term ownership.
